This policy explains what information Mabrey & Partners, LLC ("we", "us") collects through this website and our client portal, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are located at 5956 Sherry Lane, 20th Floor, Dallas, Texas 75225.

Information we collect

• When you use the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message.
• If we invite you to the client portal: your email address, your name, a password you choose (we store only a secure, one-way scrambled version of it, never the password itself), the documents we share with you, and when you last signed in.
• When you browse: anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, the site that referred you, country, and device type) through Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and does not identify you or follow you to other websites.
• Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure and working.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie, only when you sign in to the client portal, to keep you signed in. Your answer to the cookie notice is saved in your own browser. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Project pages include maps provided by Google and may link to articles, videos and interactive tours hosted by others. Those services have their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies when you use them.

How we use information

• To answer your enquiries.
• To provide the client portal: sending invitations, password-reset emails and notices when new documents are shared with you.
• To keep the website and portal secure and to understand, in aggregate, how the website is used.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this website on our behalf — Vercel (hosting, file storage and statistics), Sanity (website content and portal account records) and Resend (email delivery) — and when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for our business records. Portal accounts and documents are kept while your access is active; when we remove your access or delete a document, it is removed from the portal.

Security

The website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Portal documents are stored privately and can be downloaded only after signing in, and passwords are stored only in scrambled form.

Your choices

• You can turn off the anonymous statistics at any time from the cookie notice, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.
• You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing james@mabreypartnersllc.com.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
